Meet Karyn & Meg
Karyn and Megan have both been doing photography full time for over 10 years. What started as a passion for all types of photography has grown and narrowed to a passion for Motherhood specific photography. As they have grown their own businesses they have often wondered how they could expand and inspire and cultivate a community in the photography world. Both Karyn and Megan are driven by relationships and creating art and hope that offering curated workshops around the world will continue to bring joy and meaning to their passions and continue to share that with so many others.
In each workshop, Karyn and Megan weave together an experience that feels both gentle and empowering—a space where creativity blossoms, connections deepen, and fellow photographers are encouraged to embrace their truest, most heartfelt vision. These retreats are thoughtfully crafted to nurture not only the technical side of photography but also the soul of the craft, drawing artists closer to the beauty and authenticity in every precious moment. Karyn and Megan dream of inspiring others to find magic in the ordinary, to celebrate the bonds that make life rich, and to foster a community built on shared passion, support, and purpose.
Meet Megan
Megan is a Hybrid Photographer, Graphic Designer & Interior Decorator. She loves travel, fashion, create pottery and of course curated photoshoots. She is a Mum to five year old Shiloh, and wife to Johnathan. When she’s not working, she’s likely lost in a world of inspiration, dreaming up her next beautiful creation or sketching ideas for her next passion-fueled curated session.

After losing my sister, I’ve realized how profoundly special photos are—they allow us to travel back in time, holding onto memories that remain even when our minds begin to forget. Each image preserves the quiet bond between a mother and her child, honouring the love and grace that make these moments so irreplaceable.”
Meet karyn
Karyn is a photographer and former VP of social selling with a background in Journalism. She believes in community and collaboration and trusts that beautiful things can happen when we are in fellowship with one another. She’s often dreaming up her next travel location or investing in her wellness journey by hitting the gym. She is married to her husband Nic and has 3 beautiful children Brynn (8), Beckham (5) and Jensen (3).
“I am a true believer that whatever you dream of, you can achieve. If you put in the work, investment and trust God, you can live the life you’ve always wanted.” I know God has placed a passion in my heart to connect with others and TCM was formulated as a means to do so. I am so excited to journey with others and help them feel valued, seen and encouraged.”
